Order Multiple Copies of the 2010 Catalogue

Bulimia.com eNews

January 2009

Welcome to the Gürze eNews!

Dear Readers,

I can hardly believe that it has been 30 years since my husband, Leigh, and I started Gürze Books. I am happy to say that I do feel wiser as well as older!

Our 30th Anniversary Eating Disorder Resource Catalogue should be arriving in the mail any day now, and I hope you like the cover-it's from a photo I took of our ginkgo leaves last Fall. There's still time to send you extra copies to share during NEDAwareness Week (Feb 21-27), so please let us know if you need more or have any questions about delivery.

This year, we added about 35 new titles, a couple of which are listed below. You can find them all under "New Releases" at: www.bulimia.com/showproducts.cfm?WPCID=1061

I also am extremely happy to announce our new website, EatingDisorderReview.com. This is a site primarily for professionals, who can find free clinical articles from 20 years of the Eating Disorders Review newsletter, which will now be an online-only publication.

Also, the Eating Disorder Recovery Today newsletter is archived there and available for free viewing by anyone. It was a hard decision to stop these print publications, but the new online versions are much more complete and accessible. All the familiar columns remain intact, and I am still accepting submissions and will announce postings of new articles as they come in, so stay tuned.

Blessings,

Lindsey Hall Cohn

Trust does not grow on trees - trust is grown on the tree of my life as I take small, daily steps out of my comfort zone, holding my own hand for reassurance and support. I too can live an amazing life. I too can be my own best friend. I too can safely and wisely choose the relationships, situations, and experiences that are best for me, and boldly say "no" when I mean no, and "yes" when I mean yes. I am strong; I am a fighter and a survivor - Shannon Cutts, Beating Ana
