Dear ED Professionals,

We've got some big things going on at Gürze this month! First, the 25th anniversary edition of Bulimia: A Guide to Recovery is finally back from the printer. Eight months ago, when Leigh and I started the revisions, neither of us had a clue on how extensive they would be. But we are very proud of the end result, and believe that it will continue to support and inspire your clients in recovery. We're offering a 50% discount till the end of the year to get the word out.

Second, we've just launched a newly redesigned and reorganized bulimia.com website, which we hope will be more efficient and user-friendly. Be sure to check the "Quick Links" on the right-hand menu bar, with topic-driven, hand-selected articles, books, and information.

In book news, Treatment of Eating Disorders: Bridging the Research-Practice Gap by Margo Maine, Beth Hartman McGilley, and Douglas W. Bunnell is now available at bulimia.com. Details below.

Also, Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention has a special issue coming up on mindfulness and eating disorders (Leigh is editor-in-chief), as the first issue of 2011. For subscription info, see below.

It's also the time of year to reserve your 2011 catalogues. Let us know how many copies you would like, and they will be sent directly to you from the printer in time for NEDAW.

Finally, Renfrew's 20th annual conference is right around the corner, Nov.12-14, with Gloria Steinem returning as keynote speaker. Both Leigh and I will be behind the book table this year, because we are going to premier the new edition of our bulimia book by giving away 300 copies. So, be sure to stop by!

Happy Fall!

Lindsey
