This program consists of a sit-down dinner for mothers and daughters who will listen to health care professionals working to increase communication between mothers and daughters on important topics. ANAD Sponsors Regional Conference: Synergistic Approaches for the Treatment of Eating Disorders at Stonegate Conference Centre,
A one-day interdisciplinary conference will be hosted by the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders and co-sponsored by Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, The Awakening Center and Timberline Knolls. The conference will provide training for professionals in the eating disorders field. Professionals will learn unique and innovative treatment approaches to improve the quality of care for those suffering from an eating disorder and other co-morbid illnesses. Symposium participants will have an opportunity to update their knowledge and competency on treatment models and interventions, increase and acquire new skills and engage in networking opportunities.
