Bio:
Sharon Johnson is a registered and licensed dietitian currently working at Park Nicollet Melrose Institute. In this position, she works with the spectrum of eating disorders, facilitating groups as well as seeing patients individually. She is also a speaker for the Institute’s Outreach department, speaking to groups about both the clinical and psychological aspects of eating disorders, etiology and pathology of these disorders, and patient treatment modalities using evidence based protocols.
Sharon also does work as a consultant dietitian, counseling individuals and speaking to groups about nutrition, mindfulness and wellness. She is currently developing wellness programs for small to mid sized businesses.
Her passion is educating the public about life balance, nutrition, and mindfulness.
