I provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy to adults and teens affected by anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and other eating disorders.

Treating eating disorders since 2002

I work at A New Beginning, which is a group practice specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. I work closely with an on-site nutritionist and psychiatrist. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral and emotionally-focused therapy models to help my clients recover from their eating disorders and other related issues. As a couple and family therapist I strongly encourage my clients to work on strengthening important relationships in their lives so that they can turn to these people for comfort and support rather than turning to their eating disorder. I am very patient and empathic, and consistently work to ensure that our therapeutic relationship feels safe and nurturing to you so that you can focus on achieving a healthy life.
