My Practice Private offices: The Integrative Medical Clinic, and Spiritual Healing Well-Being Center, with individualized care and groups. I combine my experience in nutrition therapy and functional nutrition, with Health at Every Size approach, teaching intuitive eating since 1989, and applying Eastern and Western approaches to healing, as well as my own ED healing, research and work with others. I developed self-discovery processes, e.g. Symbolic Decoding of Hungers, Food Cravings, Body Language and Weight to reveal the meaning and purpose of behaviors and to restore emotional self-regulation, self-care practices and sacredness lost to disordered eating and body image dissatisfaction. I use an integrated (body-mind-soul-spirit) approach, DBT, CBT, etc, with a caring holistic team.
