My approach to Weight Loss is to help you discover YOUR best way to safely achieve and maintain permanent weight loss. I was a psychologist in NC for 11 years, and have become a Certified Professional Life Coach because FL doesn't recognize Master's degreed psychologists. I have stuggled with weight issues my whole life, and deal particularly with those women who are emotional eaters and binge eaters. I believe food has been our "drug of choice." I use workbooks, handouts, CDs, and coaching to encourage you along your weight loss journey. Life Coaching can be done in person or via telephone/Skype.
