I specialize in feminine empowerment and I work with women of all ages, I offer 4 weekly support groups. I also work with a nutritionist.

Treating eating disorders since 2000

I have a holistic, yogic and spiritual psychology approach, I work very quickly and intuitively to uncover the core unconscious conflicts and I help clients re-discover their Authentic Self; their voice, feelings, passions, instincts and intuition. I help clients learn how to reconnect in a loving way to food and their body. I teach meditation and I also teach clients how to heal themselves. Most clients also attend my support groups, which creates a powerful healing community of support and Self-discovery.
