I have treated eating disorders, addictions and disorders of the self since the 90s. I am fat friendly. I use various modalities including EMDR.

Treating eating disorders since 1995

I am in a private practice setting in a professional building with easy access to/from I25 in Central Denver. I use psychotherapy with a psychodynamic approach utilizing various modalities to assist clients in reaching their goals. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy) and Lifespan Integration to facilitate recovery. I am a fat friendly and Health at Every Size practitioner who does not encourage dieting. I have a nutritionist that I work closely with to aid clients in their food plans and education.
