I offer individual and group therapy specifically designed for those with anorexia nervosa/bulimia. My work is fully-confidential, safe and personable. I believe that healing can take place when integrity, respect and dignity are a part of a genuine and committed working relationship between therapist and patient. I provide individuals an opportunity to gain increased control and self-mastery, as they proceed in healing and gaining strength. My approach is relational, psychodynamic and exploratory with cognitive therapy integrated when it is helpful. I believe that a mutual, genuine relationship between therapist and patient is a crucial element to a successful therapy experience. I embrace the courage of those who are seeking a voice in their healing process and personal growth.
