Treating eating disorders since 1999

My office, located at the Eating Disorder Center of San Diego right off the I-5 in Del Mar, is a warm, cozy setting where clients feel welcome and safe. I am very genuine and heartfelt, which allows for client exploration, insight and healing. I use various approaches, but my best tool is probably myself, in listening, relating and offering effective support. I also work within a team of therapists, yoga instructors, trauam specialists and nutritionists should other practitioners be helpful.
