I have been providing nutrition therapy to clients with eating disorders since 1993. I see male and female clients who are 18 years or older.

Treating eating disorders since 1993

I use a variety of approaches with my clients depending on their unique needs. My overall philosophy is that all foods can fit into a healthy diet and my aim is to help my clients develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. Depending on the type and severity of the client's eating disorder, I might incorporate structured food plans, CBT, intuitive eating, mindful eating, and other approaches in my work. I individualize my nutrition therapy to fit the client's needs, and I maintain close contact with the other team members for continuity of care.
