I specialize in treating eating disorders including: anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and obesity, as well as co-occurring addictions, mood disorders and physical ailments.

Treating eating disorders since 2006

I offer a warm, supportive, confidential place where clients gain insight and practice healthier behaviors to participate in life, cope with feelings and decrease isolation, while eliminating self-destructive patterns that harm their bodies and hinder relationships. I appreciate the role long-standing eating disordered patterns play in the lives of my clients and their families and treat all ages, families, and couples. When appropriate, I also help form a treatment team: psychiatrists, nutritionists, dentists, and integrative medicine practitioners. I completed post-masters training at the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia in New York City and am skilled in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy principles.
