My area of speciality includes eating disorders, addiction, and women's issues. I have treated eating disorders & addiction as an MFT for 13 years.

Treating eating disorders since 1997

I maintain a private practice. Each client is seen & treated as a unique individual & a treatment plan is developed for his/her own personal mindful recovery. I utilize CBT, DBT, psychodrama, education, family system, narrative therapy, group therapy, all to focus on the intrapersonal, interpersonal, physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual aspects of recovery. I am an experiential therapist and balance being directive, active, and accepting.

In treating an eating disorder, I work closely with a treatment team. There are far too many components of treatment that require the expertise of many professionals. Creating a treatment team one feels comfortable and safe with, a team that is willing to communicate and create an-ongoing treatment plan that is in the best interest of the client.
