I have been treating male and female adolescents and adults with eating disorders and other weight management challenges since 1993.

My office is in a brand new, professional building, where I am in private practice. My office is very close to both I-4, and 417. My therapy approach is essentially behavioral and cognitive behavioral. I treat my clients by helping them set up realistic goals, with the knowledge that food is an important part of life and our culture. I want all my clients to feel comfortable with food, and be able to enjoy it without anxiety or guilt. I am increasingly seeing younger and younger children with eating disorders and body image disorders, including boys. I have had great success helping children to feel better about their bodies, and about themselves. I enjoy helping patients to lose weight, just as much as I enjoy helping those who are of normal weight or underweight.
