Frances Bono provides nutrition therapy for people with eating and body image disorders, disordered-eating and anyone who needs to heal their relationship with food. She combines nutrition education, cognitive behavioral theray and an and a safe environment to help overcome eating and weight-related struggles by normalizing eating, neutralizing food and reconnecting with physical hunger and fullness. In conjunction with a licenced social worker, Frances facilitates an eating disorder support group on Thursday evenings for a miminal fee.
