My private practice is located in a professional brownstone on the Upper West Side, NYC. Although trained in CBT, my treatment approach is psychodynamic and psychoanalytic in approach informed by modern attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. I am also trained in sensorimotor psychotherapy and Mindfulness approaches. The modality of treatment I work in is individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. As Faculty of Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the New York Obesity Research Center, St Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center, I have constant access to developing treatment teams of endocrinologist, nutritionist, diabetes educator, and psychiatrist when necessary. One size does not fit all. Each individual is unique, and the treatment approach is tailored to each person's needs
