Treating eating disorders since 1982

My private practice is in an art-filled office in my home, surrounded by a flower garden. I combine mindfulness training with intuitive eating principles to help people diminish disordered eating symptoms, heal body image and learn to eat and exercise healthfully. I offer consultation and group supervision to professionals. After all these years, it is still an honor and joy to help people find peace with their bodies and food, discovering with them the true self hidden beneath the disordered eating, thoughts and feelings. People who recover from eating disorders are true heroes.
