I work with individuals 18+ struggling with issues around food, body image, self-esteem, over-exercise, and a wide range of eating disorders. A main goal of treatment is to help patients identify underlying feelings and conflicts connected to their relationship with food and learn healthy coping mechanisms to increase quality of life.

Treating eating disorders since 2001

I provide a comfortable, safe, and confidential treatment setting in midtown Manhattan. Through psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral, and relational approaches patients learn to explore and process their feelings and behavior. In addition, I work closely with nutritionists, doctors, and specialists ensuring that patients receive multi-interdisciplinary care.
