I am a psychologist and published author who provides individual, family and group therapy for adults, adolescents, and children who experience a range of eating and body image concerns. I am expert in multiple treatment modalities, including Maudsley family therapy, DBT, CBT, and interpersonal psychotherapy. I am one of the few officially certified providers of Maudsley family-based treatment nationwide and internationally.

In addition to traditional therapy, I provide parent coaching and in home meal consultation as well as long distance consultation for chronic eating disorders.

My background in media and fashion make me an invaluable consultant to media organizations and corporations.
