I am a Licensed Psychologist & Co-Clinical Director at a group private practice called New Directions Counseling Center (NDCC). The NDCC mission is to create a warm environment & help clients take new directions to create necessary changes in thier lives. I believe in establishing a collaborative approach with my clients to help support the therapeutic process. I help my clients learn how to identify and challenge thier unhealthy thoughts & behaviors so they can develop more meaningful & balanced lives. I help them manage their emotions, balance competing needs, improve communication skills, & build a more resilient self-concept. Using a direct & interactive approach with a touch of humor, I teach my clients coping skills they can keep in their "toolbox" and use throughout their lives.
