I have been in private practice for the last 18 years. I use a cognitive approach in therapy, and I work closely with a nutritionist and psychiatrist as part of the treatment team. My office is conveniently located just east of I-95, just south of Boca Raton and north of Aventura. We accept most insurance companies and have a sliding scale for those who don't have insurance.
