I specialize in treating individuals and family members affected by eating disorders and other addictions. I offer individual counseling and support.

Treating eating disorders since 1994

I am in private practice and I have a network of collegues that I refer clients to for medical needs, nutritional guidance, personal fitness programs, medication evaluation and management. I have designed a model that empowers my clients to understand and overcome the physical, emotional, behavioral and spiritual aspects of eating disorders. In addition, I use traditional treatment approaches such as assertiveness training, journaling, REBT and effective boundary setting. I draw on my training as an experiential therapist to help my clients and their families to overcome obstacles and barriers to recovery.
