Psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as holistic approaches (meditation and guided imagery) are used to assist the client in understanding the process of recovery and creating changes for a healthier life. I work collaboratively with a network of consulting professionals, including nutritionists, physicians and psychiatrists, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders.
