Treating eating disorders since 1980

Our offices are conveniently located just off Garden State Parkway Exit 109 in a medical office park. All new patients meet with Dr. Don Erwin, Clinical Director, for an evaluation. Dr. Erwin has over 30 years of experience treating eating and body image illnesses and is the former Clinical Director of the Eating Disorder Unit at Somerset Medical Center. After an evaluation, patients are provided with a treatment plan which usually involved extensive nutritional analyses (metabolic rate measurement, body composition determination, hydration level assessment)and referral to a therapist and nutritionist team. If medication is indicated, Dr. Erwin has close working relationships with several experienced psychiatrists and nurse practitioners very close to the office.
