My office is in the Berry Hill, Melrose area near the 100 Oaks Mall. I provide individual consultations to people who struggle with food, weight/body, and chronic disease issues, using a combination of approaches based on the individual, their issues, beliefs, learning styles, and physical health needs. Traditionally trained, registered, licensed dietitian who practices and is experienced in alternative and traditional nutrition therapies, Additional services:
- Food planning and coaching
- Chef/dietitian services for in-home meal preparation
- Assessment of supplement needs.
- Experiential, cognitive therapies
