I have worked in the field of eating disorders for over twenty years. I utilize both CBT and DBT generally. I treat adolescents and adults.

Treating eating disorders since 1990

I use a collaborative approach with each individual, establishing specific goals. I create a treatment team if appropriate, including a nutritionist, physician and psychiatrist. I routinely assess with the individual if the treatment is proving to be helpful, if goals are being met.
