Treating eating disorders since 1989

Over the past 20 years I've had the privilege of guiding clients to their goals. I am in private practice, and my approach is to integrate psychodynamic,cognitive-behavioral, and family systems orientations. My work reflects a deep belief in the capacity of all of us to find paths to our authentic selves. Often change occurs in response to life crises which challenge and enable us to grow new strengths.

I use a treatment team approach, which will often include work with a dietitian, physician, family therapist and group therapist. The treatment is tailored uniquely to each individual's needs. I have been honored to have witnessed and taken part in many of my clients' recovery.
