I have a private practice in a professional location. My approach is highly individualized while being grounded in theory and techniques such as CBT and DBT, existential factors, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR. I believe strongly in group psychotherapy for eating disorders and have both process groups and DBT skills groups.
