Treating eating disorders since 1984

I've been a psychotherapist for 25 years with a background in education. I am part of a small private group practice and one of the original founding partners.

My office has a large picture window facing into the woods providing a peaceful, calming sanctuary for my clients (and their family members). My treatment approach is integrative, my style is very casual and gentle. I assemble a treatment team (physician, dietician, psychiatrist) for my work with eating disorder clients.

I work actively with all of my clients to help them define goals, improve relationships, achieve better life balance, reduce stress and achieve more satisfying lives. I tend to do more long term therapy work; I include parents & families in treatment, maintaining regular contact. I genuinely love my work.
