I have treated adults with eating disorders, trauma related issues, eye movement desensitization reprocessing, and co-occuring conditions since 1980.

I maintain a private practice where I provide therapeutic psychological assessment and individual, family, group, and couples therapy. 

I specialize in the treatment of women in midlife with eating disorders. I have post graduate training and certification in Gestalt Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Systems Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I did my post doctorate training at the Renfrew Center where I susbsequently worked as a clinical supervisor.

I beleive that people move toward authentic connection and wellness when their mind, body, and spirit are adequately nurtured. I describe myself as a mindfulness based relational psychotherapist.
