I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and am committed to being authentic with all my clients. I usually define my work as an empowerment model as I believe that my clients all hold the potential to self healing. I utilize the latest empircial research when treating eating disorders including cognitive therapy, mindfulness training and body centered work. I work collaboratively with nutrionists, psychiatrists and other eating disorder professionals to provide my clients with the highest level of care possible in an outpatient setting.
