I have a comfortable home office providing a supportive and nurturing environment with free parking. I believe in the uniqueness of every person, and thus use a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral, supportive, psychoeducation. In addition, I focus on improving and teaching alternative coping skills to deal with urges to restrict, purge, overexercise, or binge.
