This book contains a structured, step-by-step program to heal the unconscious blocks behind disordered eating. It is based on the idea that recovery means getting in touch with and honoring the body's internal signals, whether for food, rest, or exercise. It also means connecting with our feelings, choosing to take time for ourselves, being intellectually stimulated, and improving our relationships with others, among other things.
