ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Claire Norton is a registered dietician and licensed nutritionist in Massachusetts who has spent 20 years providing care in the field of women's and children's nutrition. She is currently the Clinical Nutritionist at the Adolescent Health Clinic and Wesson Women's Clinic at Bayside Medical Center in Springfield where she works with adolescents and children with eating disorders using a family therapy approach.
